Workshop Overview

Behavioral Safety Leadership Workshop:  8:30am to 11:30am

This workshop will introduce useful behavioral tools for improving workplace safety.   We will cover:

• behavioral incident investigations
• the role leadership behavior in safety improvements.
• developing leading measures of safety from the work face to the board room.

BMT Leadership Workshop:  1:00pm to 4:00pm

This workshop will include hands on learning activities related to behavioral leadership.  We will cover:

• Fundamental leadership behaviors
• Effective communication
• Developing engagement
